Straight seam submerged arc welded steel pipe is a material formed from JCOE steel pipes. JCOE steel pipe forming, one weld seam, submerged arc welding process, specification range from 325mm to 1420mm. When the diameter of the straight seam submerged arc welded pipe is greater than 914.4, the standard stipulates that the steel pipe is allowed to have two straight weld seams. L360M straight seam submerged arc welded pipe standard, GB/T9711.1(2)-1997 petroleum and natural gas pipeline implementation standard, API5L American implementation standard. The production process of straight seam submerged arc welded pipe is flexible and can produce any specification and wall thickness within the range. The production efficiency is lower than that of high frequency straight seam welded steel pipe and spiral welded steel pipe. The advantage of straight seam submerged arc welded pipe is that it can produce specifications and models that high frequency steel pipe, spiral steel pipe, and even seamless steel pipe cannot produce.
