1) Before coating the steel surface, surface pretreatment is performed. Before pretreatment, welding slag, burrs, grease and other dirt on the steel surface should be cleaned. Surface treatment uses mechanical shot blasting to remove rust, and the rust removal level reaches the Sa2.5 level requirements.
2) After the epoxy powder
anti-corrosion steel pipe base pipe is rusted, it should be blown clean with dry compressed air, or the dust should be removed with a vacuum cleaner. If the steel pipe surface is found to be contaminated or rusted before coating, it should be reprocessed to the original rust removal level. If you accidentally touch the cleaned surface with your hands, the steel pipe surface should be cleaned immediately with a solvent.
3) The steel surface after rust removal should be painted as soon as possible, generally within 4 hours, and on sunny days and good weather conditions, the time should not exceed 12 hours.
