Obviously, the technical content is high and the difficulty is relatively large. Regardless of any problems with the welding material, temperature control, process and welder current, the spiral tube may be affected. The quality and level of welding, reducing its anti-corrosion, anti-seepage and other properties, so that the pipeline can not play its due role and benefits, will naturally cause damage to the enterprise, and even serious safety accidents. It can be seen that it is necessary to strengthen the control of the quality of the welded structure of the spiral pipe.
2, analysis of quality control measures for spiral pipe welding construction
For spiral tubes, the difference in the selected weld materials will make them different in performance and use. The difference in the need to select the appropriate spiral tube weld material should be determined by the type and amount of the chemical composition of the parent metal. Generally, the Cr-Ni-Mo alloy has a good effect. If a combination of ultra-low carbon stainless steel containing molybdenum is used as the welding material, the corrosion resistance of the tube can be remarkably improved. However, it is worth noting that on the one hand, the copper content in the series of materials should be strictly controlled. If the actual content is high, the neutron will have a more sensitive radiation catalysis, and on the other hand, the impurities should be strictly controlled. The content is to avoid the separation or formation of the δ phase in the weld metal, thereby adversely affecting the welding effect of the spiral tube.
