The difference between the globe valve and ball valve is the more common two imported electric valves, both of which can be used for on/off or adjustment of water, steam, oil, gas, and other media, but there are still some differences between these two valves. The globe valve is composed of an electric device and a globe valve. It has the characteristics of complete functions, reliable performance, an advanced control system, small size, lightweight, and convenient maintenance. Round holes, centralized control, and automatic control can be implemented for the valve. Widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, sewage treatment, and other industries.

Structural features of globe valve
1. Exquisite selection of materials, in line with relevant domestic and foreign standards, reasonable structure, and beautiful appearance.
2. The valve disc and valve seat sealing surface are made of iron-based alloy surfacing or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing, which has good wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and long service life.
4. The valve stem is quenched and tempered and surface nitrided, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
5. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
6. The material of the valve body is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements and can be suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
7. The inverted seal is made of threaded connection seal seat or body surfacing austenitic stainless steel, which is reliable in sealing. The replacement of packing can be carried out without stopping, which is convenient and quick and does not affect the operation of the system.
8. Equipped with DZW series multi-turn electric device, which has a small shell, lightweight, full function, and can be used with the remote computer, and can also be equipped with the electric device according to user requirements. The relatively short opening or closing stroke and very reliable shut-off action make this valve ideal for medium shut-off or regulation and throttling. Therefore, when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the disc to force the sealing surface to not leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to overcome is the friction force between the valve stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force to close the valve is greater than the force to open the valve, so the valve diameter of the stem should be large, otherwise, the failure of the top of the valve stem will occur. Once the disc of the globe valve is in the open state, the contact between its valve seat and the sealing surface of the disc is no longer in contact and has a very reliable cut-off action, so this valve is very suitable for cutting or adjusting the medium. Throttling use!

Globe valves have the following advantages:
1. Simple structure, easy to manufacture and maintain.
2. The working stroke is small and the opening and closing time is short.
3. Good sealing performance, small friction between sealing surfaces, and long service life.
The disadvantages of globe valves are as follows:
1. The fluid resistance is large, and the force required for opening and closing is large.
2. It is not suitable for medium with particles, high viscosity, and easy cooking.
3. Poor adjustment performance.
