How to avoid porosity during steel pipe production

Sometimes, we may get a call from customers and tell us that the ERW steel pipe we wholesale is getting porosity. What? How to deal with this situation? Threewaysteel company would have a basic introduction for that.
First of all, how to figure out what step is wrong for the cause of porosity. We should know that welding power sources don’t cause porosity. Then, we need to recount our steps back from the point where we find the porosity. Generally speaking, we will find it starts from the gas cylinder changing(this may caused by loosing connections or incorrect gas used). of course, most of the time the problem is caused by an interruption or problem with the gas flow.
