The technical committee authors the standards recognized that there are two basic categories for API 5L steel pipe. They are PLS1 and PSL2 among seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe.
PSL 1 is a standard for line pipe, while PSL 2 contains additional chemical, mechanical properties, and testing requirements. How to choose them from the market?
