are widely used in life, but few people know what the main types of spiral steel pipe production lines are.
1. single chain cooling bed
Single-chain cold beds use climbing structures. The cooling bed consists of a forward transport chain and fixed rails and has a transmission system. The steel pipe is placed between the two grips of the forward transport chain, and the fixed rail bears the weight of the steel pipe body. The single-chain cold bed uses the thrust of the forward transport chain finger and the friction of the fixed guide rail to make the steel pipe rotate, and at the same time, relying on the self-weight and lifting angle of the steel pipe, the steel pipe always abuts on the finger of the forward transport chain. Realize the smooth rotation of the steel pipe.
2. double chain cooling bed
The double-chain cold bed consists of a forward transport chain and a reverse transport chain. Each of the positive and negative chains has a transmission system. The steel pipe is placed between the two grips of the forward transport chain, and the reverse chain bears the weight of the steel pipe body. The double-chain cold bed uses the thrust of the forward transport chain puller to move the steel pipe forward, and the friction of the reverse chain causes the steel pipe to continuously rotate. The movement of the reverse chain in turn causes the steel tube to always rest on the fingers of the forward transport chain for smooth rotation and uniform cooling.
3. the new chain cooling bed
Combined with the characteristics of single-chain cold bed and double-chain cold bed, the cold bed is divided into an uphill section and a downhill section. The upslope section is a double-chain structure consisting of a forward transport chain and a reverse transport chain. The positive and negative joint action keeps the steel pipe continuously rotating and doing the hill-climbing movement. The downhill section is a single-chain structure in which the forward transport chain and the steel pipe guide are arranged in parallel, and the rotation is performed by the self-weight to perform the landslide movement.
4. step rack type cooling bed
The stepped rack type cold bed surface consists of two sets of racks, one assembled on the fixed beam, called the static rack, and the other assembled on the moving beam, called the moving rack. When the mechanism is actuated, the moving rack is lifted to lift the steel pipe, and since the steel pipe has an inclined angle, the steel pipe rolls once along the tooth shape when it is lifted. After the moving gear is raised to the highest position, the stepping mechanism moves the moving rack to a step of the cooling bed output direction. The lifting mechanism continues to move, and the moving rack is lowered and the steel pipe is placed in the fixed rack tooth groove. The steel pipe is rolled again along the tooth shape of the fixed rack, and then the moving rack returns to the initial position to complete a working cycle.
5. screw type cooling bed
The screw cooling is composed of a main transmission device, a screw and a fixed cooling gantry, and the screw includes a screw core and a screw spiral. The working surface of the fixed cooling gantry is higher than the spiral core and lower than the spiral, and the weight of the steel pipe body is borne by the fixed cooling gantry. The main transmission drives the screw to rotate synchronously, and the spiral on the screw pushes the steel tube to roll forward on the fixed cooling gantry for cooling.
